CargoForce Tracking
We start at the trailer and link it with truck and driver. Location updates every minute provide continuous insight, well within TSR Level 1 requirements.
The system detects stops, driving times and deviations and immediately shows when situations deviate from planning. In addition, door status and optionally temperature zones are monitored, so the full state of the cargo is known.
CargoForce Alarm
In case of a break-in or unauthorized opening, a notification is immediately sent to the monitoring centre. This enables immediate response via a European network of alarm response services.
At the same time, a powerful siren is activated, letting the intruder know immediately that they have been detected, limiting damage.
CargoForce Lock
The trailer is electronically locked instead of relying on a padlock or seal. The lock closes and opens automatically based on geofence or after verification by the receiving party.
The lock is internally mounted, extremely robust and only 26 mm thin. By placing it 40 cm above the loading floor, full cargo space is preserved.
CargoForce Cloud
All data from a trip comes together in one clear platform. The trailer is linked to the truck and driver. If this link is missing, the system automatically suggests one.
A clear timeline shows which truck carried the cargo, which driver was involved and where stops took place. After each trip, an audit report is automatically generated.

How it works
One integrated system from device to platform
The CargoForce system connects hardware on the trailer with a central platform for real-time monitoring and automatic security. All components work continuously together to detect, prevent and respond to risks.
Data collection on the trailer
The trailer is the starting point of the system. Integrated hardware continuously registers location, door status and optionally temperature. Movement, standstill and trailer usage are also recorded. This data is sent to the platform every minute.
Linking with truck and driver
The system automatically links the trailer to the corresponding truck and driver. Based on movement, location and usage, a complete trip registration is created. When a link is missing, the system automatically suggests one. This always creates a complete picture of the transport.
Real-time analysis and monitoring
All data is centrally processed within the platform. Real-time monitoring analyses routes, stops and deviations. The system detects unnecessary standstill, abnormal behaviour and potential risks. This provides direct control over every trip.
Automatic security

Enterprise-grade security for transport
CargoForce is designed as a fully integrated security system combining data, communication and physical security. All components are built with focus on reliability, continuity and control.
Secure communication and data storage
All communication between devices and the platform runs via secure communication and is end-to-end encrypted. Data is stored exclusively within Europe and fully complies with applicable GDPR legislation.
The infrastructure uses data centres in the Netherlands, with a primary location in Groningen and a secondary location in Amsterdam. This mirror mode setup keeps the platform operational, even during complete failure of one location. The CargoForce Cloud is hosted in the Netherlands and all data is stored encrypted.
Authentication and access management
Access to the platform is centrally managed via a professional identity system. Authentication is secured with mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for every user.
Access rights are controlled and configurable per user. This ensures access to systems and data is always secured and verifiable.
Anti-sabotage and detection
The system is designed to immediately detect sabotage and unauthorized access. Deviations in behaviour, access or usage are signalled in real-time.
During an incident, an alarm is automatically activated and forwarded for response. This provides immediate visibility and minimal reaction time.
Fail-safe security
The physical security of the trailer operates on a fail-safe principle. The electronic lock remains locked outside authorized zones.
During deviations or communication interruptions, security remains active. The system prevents security from depending on external factors or manual actions.
